The machine uses a combination of air aspiration and vibrating screens to separate foreign material from whole grains. Lightweight material such as dust, chaff, and hollow grains is removed by the air stream, while screens of different mesh sizes separate grain by size — so broken, undersized, or oversized grains are separated from the premium whole-grain fraction. The result is a clean, uniformly graded output that meets procurement centre and export quality standards.

For farmers selling to mandis, FPOs, or direct buyers, clean graded grain consistently commands a 5–15% higher price than unprocessed grain — often more than covering the cost of the machine in a single season.
