The Nursery Bag / Pro-tray Filling Machine Model 1 (Standard) is purpose-built for small to medium nursery operations that need reliable, consistent media preparation and filling. Whether you are running a vegetable seedling nursery, flower nursery, or horticultural growing facility, this machine takes the back-breaking manual labour out of potting mix preparation.

At its core, the machine combines a media siever and a mixer — two functions in one compact unit. Raw potting mix goes in, gets sieved to remove lumps and debris, mixed evenly, and delivered ready-to-fill into nursery bags, pro-trays, or pots. The result is consistent fill quality across every container, batch after batch, without the inconsistency that comes from manual shovelling.

The Standard Model produces 600–800 kg of filled media per hour, running on a 2 hp motor that works on both single-phase and 3-phase power — so it fits any existing power setup at your nursery. The entire unit is built on a mild steel (MS) frame with wheels, making it easy to move around your workspace as needed. All specifications can be customised to suit your specific container sizes, mix types, and output requirements.
