The Nursery Bag / Pro-tray Filling Machine Model 2 (High-Capacity) is engineered for commercial-scale nursery operations that cannot afford bottlenecks in their media preparation and filling workflow. If your operation runs hundreds of thousands of seedling trays or nursery bags per season, this is the machine built for that demand.

Producing 1000–1200 kg of ready-to-fill media per hour, Model 2 delivers nearly double the throughput of our Standard Model. It handles the same core functions — sieving, mixing, and filling — but is designed for continuous, high-volume operation without overheating or output drops. Large horticulture farms, government nurseries, contract growing facilities, and commercial seedling producers are the primary users of this model.

Like the Standard Model, the High-Capacity version is built on a robust mild steel frame with wheels, runs on a 2 hp motor (single or 3-phase), and can be fully customised to match your specific media type, container sizes, and operational layout.
